These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bdgem platform. Please read this document in full before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing bdgem, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bdgem platform — including the website at bdgem.app, the game lobby, the sportsbook, the cashier, or any promotional material — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the bdgem Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines that apply to specific games or promotions. All of these documents are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bdgem operates a strict 18+ policy. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with our age verification procedures.
- Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are in any doubt, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
- Voluntary participation: You must be accessing bdgem voluntarily and of your own free will. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gambling activities.

- Single account: You are permitted to hold only one registered account on the bdgem platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all associated funds.
bdgem reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Account Registration
To access the full range of bdgem's services, including the game lobby, sportsbook, and cashier, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and current.
Upon registration, you will select a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bdgem will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your account credentials. - One account per person: Each individual may register only one account on bdgem. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.
- One account per household / device / IP address: Multiple accounts registered from the same household, shared device, or IP address may trigger a review and be subject to the same single-account policy.
- Identity verification (KYC): bdgem may require you to complete identity verification at any point, including before processing a withdrawal request. Required documents may include a national ID card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
- Account security: You must not share your account credentials with any other person. bdgem staff will never ask for your password. Do not respond to any communication claiming to be from bdgem that requests your password.
- Account inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bdgem reserves the right to apply administrative fees to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available from support.
Deposits and Withdrawals
bdgem supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh. All transactions on bdgem are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bdgem does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is found to have originated from a third-party account, it will be returned and the transaction will be treated as void. Any winnings derived from a third-party deposit may be forfeited.
Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of the player's identity and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements. bdgem processes withdrawal requests promptly and aims to complete all standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 30 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required or during periods of high transaction volume.
Bonuses and Promotions
bdgem offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, which are published alongside the offer on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that offer.
The following general principles apply to all bdgem bonuses unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms:
- Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Welcome bonus: The bdgem welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players only, on their first deposit. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may lead to account closure.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms. As a general rule, slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate.
- Bonus abuse: Any player found to be exploiting bonuses, employing strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus abuse will have their bonus revoked, associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.
- Seasonal promotions: bdgem regularly runs seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms.
bdgem reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such action does not adversely affect any bonus that a player has already validly claimed and begun to wager through.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
bdgem is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdgem platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Cheating and fraud: The use of any software, tool, script, bot, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to card-counting software, automated betting scripts, and any tool designed to interfere with game outcomes.
- Collusion: Players must not collude with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes. Any evidence of collusion will result in immediate closure of all involved accounts and forfeiture of all associated funds.
- Money laundering: The use of bdgem for any money laundering or financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns consistent with money laundering activity.
- Multiple accounts: As stated in Section 3, each player may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts for any purpose — including to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent self-exclusion, or evade account restrictions — is prohibited.
- Underage gambling: Any attempt by a person under the age of 18 to register or use the bdgem platform is strictly prohibited. Guardians and parents are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms.
- Exploiting technical errors: If a player becomes aware of a technical error, software fault, or pricing error that would result in an unfair outcome or advantage, they are required to report it to bdgem support immediately. Any winnings derived from knowingly exploiting a technical error may be voided.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the bdgem platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bdgem or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the bdgem platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the bdgem platform without prior written permission from bdgem.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the bdgem platform.
- Use the bdgem brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any commercial or promotional context without express written authorisation.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the bdgem platform using automated tools.
Game content on the bdgem platform is supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective game studios and are licensed to bdgem for the purpose of providing the gaming service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdgem and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the bdgem platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds due to technical errors, server outages, or interruptions in payment processing, provided that bdgem has taken reasonable steps to resolve such issues promptly.
- Loss of data, including account history or transaction records, arising from circumstances beyond bdgem's reasonable control.
- Incorrect wager outcomes resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or betting markets.
- Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking partners.
- Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
bdgem's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bdgem account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit bdgem's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Account Suspension and Closure
bdgem reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any promotion-specific terms.
- Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity as determined by bdgem's security and compliance teams.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
- Account inactivity as described in Section 3 of these terms.
- Player-requested self-exclusion submitted via account settings or through the bdgem support team.
- Regulatory or legal obligation requiring bdgem to restrict access to the platform for certain individuals or in certain circumstances.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following investigation, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting bdgem support at [email protected]. Any available balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are not reversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
Amendments to Terms
bdgem reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bdgem will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the effective date at the top of this document. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly.
Your continued use of the bdgem platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the bdgem platform and may request account closure via [email protected].
